Nearly 1000 smallholder family farmers surrounding Aricha village deliver freshly picked coffee cherries to the nearby Adorsi Washing Station. The region of Yirgacheffe has rich and fertile soil, and is often recognized for extremely complex high quality coffees, this one being no exception. High elevations also contribute to the complex and bright characteristics of this coffee.
The coffee is depulped and allowed 24 hour to ferment before being washed and dried on raised beds for 10 days on average.
